Exchange Policy

A service purchased from Supereaze can be exchanged with another service if:

  • – The other service is of the same nature as the one purchased first. e.g., if the initial purchase is for Electrical Works, then the exchange can be done with a service within the Electrical Works
  • – The change request is submitted before the Service Provider has reached the premises of the customer.
  • – All changes will be made by calling at Supereaze Contact Center and providing the order number.

Refund Policy

  • – All cancelled orders, will be refunded as per the terms and conditions of the payment channel.

Guarantee Policy

  • User can claim guarantee on a service taken by Supereaze if the issue arises again:

    • – No more than 14 days have passed from the completion of the service (excluding Laundry and Cleaning)
    • – At the time of service completion for the Laundry and Cleaning.
    • – The guarantee will be claimed by calling at Supereaze Contact Center and providing the order number.
    • – Guarantee is for service only. Parts and material will not be covered in the guarantee.
